Return Policy

At LIORA, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to return it, with no reason required and no charge. Our policy: satisfaction guaranteed or your money back, no conditions.
Restocking fee
Restocking fee: €0 (none). No amount is deducted from your refund, regardless of the reason for the return.
Return conditions
The product must be returned in its original condition, suitable for resale. A reasonable trial of the product to check it works properly (for example, testing the adjustments of a baby carrier) does not prevent a return.
How to start a return
- Email contact@liora.fr with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Our team replies within 24 business hours with a prepaid return label.
- Drop the package off at the indicated drop-off point.
Refund timeframe
A full refund (product + original shipping costs) is issued within 14 days of receiving the return, using the payment method used for the order. A confirmation email is sent to you.
Defective or non-conforming product
If your product arrives damaged or faulty, contact us at contact@liora.fr with a photo. At your choice, we will provide a replacement or a full refund, free of charge.
Legal warranty
Independently of this return policy, all our products are covered by the 2-year legal warranty of conformity (Articles L217-4 to L217-14 of the French Consumer Code). See Article 7 of our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
