Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 — Seller identification

The site liora.fr is published by BDTO (MESINVESTISSEMENTS), a French simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with capital of €1,000, registered under SIRET number 839 663 671 00015, with its registered office at 6 rue d'Armaille, 75017 Paris, France.

Placing an order on the site constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Article 2 — Products

LIORA offers ergonomic baby carriers, baby wraps, and maternity and childcare accessories. The essential characteristics of each product are presented on its product page. If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, the Customer will be notified and refunded within 14 days.

Article 3 — Prices

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. The applicable price is the one in effect at the time the order is confirmed. Shipping costs, where applicable, are shown before the order is finalized.

Article 4 — Order and payment

An order is considered confirmed once payment has been received. A confirmation email is sent immediately after purchase. Payments are secured (SSL protocol) and no banking data is stored by LIORA.

Article 5 — Delivery

Orders are shipped within 24 to 48 business hours. The delivery time is 5 to 10 business days. Delivery is free for orders over €55.
If delivery is delayed by more than 7 business days beyond the stated timeframe, the Customer may cancel their order and receive a full refund of amounts paid (Article L216-2 of the French Consumer Code). To track your order, visit our Track My Order page.

Article 6 — Right of withdrawal and returns

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without needing to provide a reason.
Returns are free and no restocking fee applies (€0). LIORA applies an unconditional "satisfaction guaranteed or your money back" policy. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

Article 7 — Warranties

All our products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L217-4 to L217-14 of the French Consumer Code), valid for 2 years from delivery, as well as the legal warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code).
