You receive a confirmation email immediately after your purchase, summarizing your order and shipping address.
Preparation & shipping
Your package is carefully prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours. You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as it leaves our warehouse.
Real-time tracking
Click the tracking link from your email to see where your package is, all the way to delivery.
Delivery
Allow 5 to 10 business days in total. You'll be notified by email as soon as your package is delivered or available at a pickup point.

My tracking number isn't working yet
Don't worry: it can take up to 24 hours between your package being shipped and the carrier activating tracking. Try again the next day.
I haven't received a confirmation email
Check your spam/junk folder. If you still can't find anything after 24 hours, contact us with the name and email used for your order and we'll check your status.
How do I change my shipping address?
Contact us as soon as possible after your purchase. If the order hasn't shipped yet, we can update the address free of charge.
My package is marked "delivered" but I haven't received it
Check with your neighbors and building concierge — carriers sometimes leave packages nearby. If you still can't find it after 48 hours, contact us and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.
