Your Right to Cancel (14 Days)

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods — no reason needed.

To exercise this right, email us at hello@careliora.com with your order number before the 14-day period expires. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

Extended Returns — 30 Days

We extend our voluntary returns window to 30 days from the date of delivery. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is returned in its original condition.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in their original condition
• In the original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging)
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Restocking Fee

No restocking fees apply. Returns are free of any administrative charges.

How to Start a Return

1. Email hello@careliora.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll reply within 1 business day with return instructions
3. Send your item(s) back to the address provided within 14 days of receiving instructions

Return postage costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly sent — in which case we cover all return costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015: if the item is faulty or not as described within 30 days, you are entitled to a full refund. Between 30 days and 6 months, we will repair or replace the item.
