Is this carrier safe for my newborn's hips?
Yes. All our carriers are ergonomically certified and support the natural "M-position" recommended by paediatricians and the International Hip Dysplasia Institute.
From what age can I use a Liora carrier?
Most of our carriers are designed for use from birth (around 3.5kg) up to approximately 20kg (3–4 years), depending on the model.
Who is Liora?
Liora is a UK-based baby brand designing ergonomic carriers, slings and everyday essentials for parents and babies, developed with input from babywearing consultants.
How long will delivery take?
Orders are delivered within 5–8 working days. Delivery is completely free on all orders over £49.
Is it safe to pay on this site?
Yes. Checkout is fully encrypted and processed securely — the same technology used by major retailers worldwide.
What if the carrier isn't right for us?
You have 14 days from delivery to return it for a full refund — no questions asked, as long as it's unused with tags attached.
Will it fit both me and my partner?
Yes. Our carriers feature fully adjustable straps and waistbands designed to fit most adult body types.
Are the materials safe for sensitive newborn skin?
Yes. Every fabric we use is OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified — independently tested and proven free from harmful substances.
How do I wash my carrier?
Most carriers are machine washable at 30°C on a gentle cycle. Air dry — avoid the tumble dryer to preserve softness and stretch.
