Care & washing

Machine wash at 30°C on a gentle cycle. Do not tumble dry — lay flat or hang to air dry. Do not bleach or iron directly on the fabric. Fabric softener is safe to use. The carrier retains its stretch and softness wash after wash.

Can I use this from birth?
Yes — it is designed for babies from 3.5 kg. For very small newborns, always ensure the chin is off the chest and you can see their face at all times.

How long does it take to learn to put on?
Most parents are confident after two or three practice sessions. There are also printed instructions and a QR code to a video guide included in the box.

Is the front-facing-out position safe for hips?
When used correctly with the fabric spread from knee to knee, the M-position is maintained in all carry modes. We recommend waiting until baby has good head control (around 4 months) before using the front-out position.

Will it fit both me and my partner?
Yes — the one-size design adjusts to fit adults from UK size 6 to 22. Simply re-tie to your size each time.
