<p>These Terms govern all purchases made on careliora.com operated by Liora (BDTO SAS). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms in full.</p>

<h2>2. Products</h2>
<p>All products are subject to availability. We take care to ensure descriptions, images and specifications are accurate. Minor colour variations may occur depending on your screen settings.</p>
<h2>3. Prices and Payment</h2>
<p>All prices are in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments (PCI-DSS Level 1). We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and other methods available at checkout.</p>
<h2>4. Order Confirmation</h2>
<p>A binding contract is formed only when we dispatch your items and send a shipping confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear fraudulent, with a full refund.</p>
<h2>5. Delivery</h2>
<p>We deliver within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout, and in any event within 30 days of your order under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.</p>
<h2>6. Right to Cancel</h2>
<p>You have the right to cancel within <strong>14 days</strong> of receiving your goods. Email <a href="mailto:hello@careliora.com">hello@careliora.com</a> with your order number. Return postage is your responsibility unless goods are faulty. Refund issued within 14 days of receiving the return.</p>
<h2>7. Faulty or Incorrect Items</h2>
<p>If your item is faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us at <a href="mailto:hello@careliora.com">hello@careliora.com</a> within 30 days for a full refund. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply for up to 6 years from delivery.</p>

<p>These Terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to your rights as a UK consumer.</p>
