Machine wash at 30°C, gentle cycle. Close all buckles before washing to protect the hardware. Do not tumble dry — hang to air dry. Do not bleach or iron on the padding.

Does the hip seat work for a newborn?
Yes — from 3.5 kg with the full wrap support panel. The seat platform is most useful from around 5–6 months when babies have better core strength.

Will it fit my partner too?
The waistband adjusts from 65 to 120 cm and all shoulder straps are fully adjustable, so both parents can use it without re-threading.

Is it good for people with back pain?
The lumbar waistband is specifically designed to distribute weight across the hips rather than shoulders. Many parents with back issues find it more comfortable than wrap-style carriers — though we always recommend consulting your GP if you have an existing condition.

Can I breastfeed in it?
Yes — the front carry position with the buckle loosened makes nursing possible while keeping baby supported.
