Shipping Policy

Here you'll find all the information about the preparation and shipping of your LIORA orders.

Delivery areas

We currently deliver to mainland France and the European Union.

Shipping costs

Delivery is free for orders over €55. For orders below this amount, shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout, before the order is confirmed.

Processing and shipping times

Orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours. An email with your tracking number is sent as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.

Delivery time

Allow on average 5 to 10 business days between order confirmation and receiving your package. This may vary slightly depending on your location and the carrier.

Tracking your package

Once your order has shipped, you can track it in real time using the tracking link sent by email. For more details, see our Track My Order page.

Delivery delays

If delivery is delayed by more than 7 business days beyond the stated timeframe, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund of amounts paid (Article L216-2 of the French Consumer Code). Contact us at contact@liora.fr.

Shipping address

Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order. If you need to change it after purchase, contact us as soon as possible: we can make the correction as long as the package hasn't shipped yet.
